Seems pretty cool, and there's a ton of potential, though I'd recommend mapping it for PC and adding some graphics options and some general optimization.
Also...motion blur :(
TV-MAN, which is a pretty bad name for a MC, has something wrong with his voice...I get what you were going for, but it doesn't really sound right.
4/5 If your computer can handle it, worth playing.
